Which channels does Klyphe support?
Klyphe can connect with WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and your website, allowing your team to manage customer interactions from one place. X is in the design but is not a live channel yet.
Is Klyphe available now?
Not yet. The site takes waitlist signups only. Joining puts you in line for early access and gets you an email the moment it opens — it is not a purchase and no payment details are collected.
How quickly can I get started with Klyphe?
The intent is minutes rather than a migration: connect your store and channels, with no code and nothing to move across. We will confirm the real setup time when access opens.
How does Klyphe train its AI?
On what your brand already publishes — your products, pricing, policies and past replies — so answers stay in your voice. The exact setup is still being built; this answer will be replaced with specifics before launch.
Do I need to be on Shopify?
No. Klyphe is a Shopify App Store approved app and an official Meta Tech Provider, but the waitlist form takes any platform — tell us what you run on and it helps us prioritise.

What does Klyphe cost?
Pricing has not been set. Nothing is for sale on this site and no payment details are collected anywhere on it. We will publish plans before access opens, and everyone on the waitlist will be emailed when we do.
Does joining the waitlist cost anything or commit me?
No to both. It registers interest, nothing more — no charge, no contract, no reserved capacity, and you can ask to be removed at any time. See the Terms & Conditions.
Will there be a free trial?
Undecided. We would rather say so than promise one and change our minds — this answer will be updated alongside pricing.
Security & Privacy
Is my business and customer data secure?
Klyphe is built on approved, first-party Meta and WhatsApp access rather than grey-area workarounds, and is designed to be DPDP, GDPR and CPRA compliant. Since the product is not live, the only data we hold today is what you type into the waitlist form.
What exactly do you store when I join the waitlist?
What you type into the form, plus a two-letter country code, your browser’s user-agent, any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through, and a timestamp. The Privacy Policy lists every field.
Do you store my IP address?
No. It is converted into an irreversible hash purely to stop the form being abused, that hash is deleted within minutes, and it is never linked to your signup.
Do you use cookies or tracking?
None. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels anywhere on this site, and no advertising or profiling.
How do I get my details deleted?
Email privacy@klyphe.com and we will delete your record. There is nothing to prove and no form to fill in, and we respond within 30 days.
