Who we are
Klyphe (“we”, “us”). For anything in this policy, including requests to see or delete your data, write to privacy@klyphe.com.
What we collect
When you submit the waitlist form, we store what you typed:

Alongside it, the following is recorded automatically:

| Referral information | Campaign parameters in the link you arrived through, if any. |
| Timestamp | When you signed up, and which version of this consent wording you agreed to. |
We do not store your IP address. It is converted into an irreversible cryptographic hash purely to stop the form being abused, and that hash is deleted within minutes. It is never linked to your signup.
What we don’t do
- No cookies, analytics or tracking pixels of any kind on this site.
- No advertising, and no profiling or automated decision-making.
- We never sell, rent or share your details with anyone for their own purposes.
Why we can hold it
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time and we will delete your record. Withdrawing does not affect anything done before you asked.
What we use it for
- Sending you one confirmation email, and later an email when access opens.
- Understanding who is interested, in aggregate, so we build the right thing first.
- Preventing spam and abuse of the form.
We will not send you marketing unrelated to Klyphe’s launch.
Who else touches it

Both act on our instructions and neither uses your details for anything of their own. This means your data may be transferred outside your country, including outside the UK and EEA.
How long we keep it
Until Klyphe launches and you have had the chance to take up access, or for 24 months from signup, whichever comes first. After that the record is deleted. Ask sooner and we will delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@klyphe.com and we will respond within 30 days. There is nothing to prove and no form to fill in.
If you are in the UK or EEA and think we have handled your data badly, you can also complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we do with information we already hold, we will email you before it takes effect.
