Who these terms are with
This site, klyphe.com, is operated by Klyphe (“we”, “us”). By using the site or joining the waitlist you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What the waitlist is
Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It is not a purchase, a booking, a contract for any service, or a guarantee of access.
- No payment is taken and no payment details are collected.
- A place on the list does not reserve capacity or a launch date.
- We may open access in stages, and may decline to offer access at all.
- You can ask to be removed at any time and we will remove you.
Using this site
You may read the site and submit the waitlist form. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, submit entries automatically, submit details that are not yours, or use the form to send anything unlawful or abusive. We apply rate limits and automated abuse checks to the form and may refuse or remove any submission.
Everything on the site — text, design, logos and illustrations — belongs to us or our licensors. You may link to the site freely; please do not copy it wholesale.
The information you give us
What we collect, why, where it is stored and how to have it deleted is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: we store what you type into the form plus a country code and a timestamp, we do not store your IP address, and we do not sell or share your details.
Please give us details that are accurate and your own. If you enter someone else’s email address, we will delete the record on request from either of you.
Emails you will receive
Joining the waitlist means we will send you a confirmation email, and later an email when access opens. These are sent from a no-reply address; replies are not monitored. Write to support@klyphe.com instead.
We will not send you marketing unrelated to Klyphe’s launch, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
What we do not promise
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors, and anything said here about Klyphe describes what we intend to build rather than a product you can use today. Features, timing and pricing may all change.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, and because no payment is involved, our liability in connection with this site and the waitlist is excluded to the extent the law allows.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product takes shape. If a change materially affects people already on the waitlist, we will email them before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version.
